Washington Running Club are proud to present the 3rd annual Bottoms Up Cup, a 5k race running through the heart of the iconic Princess Anne Park in the centre of Washington.
The race is a memorial race in memory of one of the original running Washington Clubs members, Stephen Bottoms. Money will be
raised on the day for Bloodwise who have helped several existing members so an excellent charity so come join in and help us raise some money for them!
The course has been changed slightly from previous years to a faster/less congested route but it wouldn’t be a Washington Running Club event without a few naughty hills and some trail (Road shoes are OK though as most of the race will be on path).
The fastest male and female runners (as well as over 40s category) will be presented with a trophy.
Entry price is £5 for UKA members/Club Runners and £7 non-affiliated runners (£8 for entries on the day so be sure to sign up early).
There is also a 1 mile kids fun run available with entries on day being £2.50
Come and join us for a superb mornings running with our friendly club!
