Join Sasha on a journey of discovery into your own level of flexibility and start to take the leap of faith into Hanumanasana... the splits!
The workshop will begin with a bendy and flexi flow to warm and prepare the body. Sasha will then share her own tips, postures and stretches specifically designed
to open the hips, lengthen the hamstrings and quads and work into the hip flexors. All of the tools needed to work safely at your own level on your splits and more adventurous variations.
Open to all levels, whether you just want to touch your toes or are already in splits. Everyone is welcome.
