The Wallabies have won the Rugby World Cup twice (1991 and 1999) and been runners-up twice (2003 and 2015) and are currently ranked number 4 in the world. They lost to Scotland in June and are heading to Edinburgh in November for a return match!
If the last two games between these two countries is anything
to go by, then this climax to the Autumn Test Series should be a thriller! In the quarter-final of the 2015 Rugby World Cup, Australia won by a point (32-33) despite a late Mark Bennett try put the Scots into the lead with a couple of minutes left on the clock. A year later at BT Murrayfield, despite Scotland scoring three tries to two (with a couple from debut centre Huw Jones) the Wallabies again won by a point (22-23). Scotland went one better this summer, beating Australia 24-19 in Sydney and will be determined to do the same at BT Murrayfield in front of their home crowd.
What a way to end the Autumn Tests!
