FAQs
How many tickets can I buy?
•Students are eligible to purchase one ticket each and must provide their student number when prompted.
•Students are welcome to bring a maximum of one guest each and must purchase a Visitor ticket for them. They must also ensure they enter their student number and the name of the visitor they are purchasing the ticket for.

How much will tickets cost?
•Super Early Bird (first 500 tickets only) - £30
Early Bird - £35
Standard Release - £40
Final Realease - £45
Visitor - £50

When will tickets go on sale?
•Super Early Bird and Early Bird Tickets will be on sale from Thursday 22nd March 2018 from 3sixty Box Office. Students will also be able to purchase Visitor Tickets at this time.
•Standard Release tickets will be on sale online at 9am on Friday 23rd March 2018.

How do I collect my ticket?
•Bring your confirmation email to wristband exchange in Monterey Lounge between Monday 4th June - Friday 8th June between 12pm and 3pm or collect your wristband on the night of the event at the entrance to Summer Ball 2018.

Your Wristband!
•This is your ticket to RUSU Summer Ball 2018 – you will not be admitted to the event without a correctly secured wristband on your wrist.
•You will receive your physical wristband for the event at wristband exchange between Monday 4th June - Friday 8th June between 12pm and 3pm.
•Please make sure you check you have the correct amount of wristbands for what you have paid.
•Look after your wristband – if you lose it we won’t be able to replace it, once on the wristbands cannot be taken off without being cut off which will make them void.
•You cannot loosen a wristband that is too tight – so don’t put it on too tight.
