Following the success of the previous 2 cups, we are happy to announce that we are back this year mid september.
Please put the 16th September in your diarys and spread the word.
For those who are unfamiliar with the event the Philly B Cup is a 7 a side football tournament held in rememberance of Philip
Bergman. Phil tragically passed away in 2012 from unbeknown heart condition whilst mountain biking in New Zealand. All proceeds from the day will be going to CRY (Cariac Risk in the Young) to help raise awareness and reduce the number of heart related sudden deaths.
There will be food and drinks available during the tounament with the possibility of music in the evening and camping for those travelling from further afield. This will confirmed nearer the time, alternatively as with previous years we will head to the Red Lion.
Can we ask both returning and new teams to please have their applications in by end of August, so we can arrange fixtures.
We are always looking for help and appreciate everyone that has helped us in the past, so if anybody knows of any referees etc, then please do get in touch.
We look forward to seeing old and new faces for what is always a fantastic day.
