Notting Hill Carnival 2018 weekend is one of the highlights of the London calendar
On the August bank holiday weekend, expect twenty miles of street dancing, wonderful costumes and over 40 street sound systems. The carnival can be very busy at times so stay one step ahead and seek out the best bars
and events to make your festival experience go off with a bang.
Notting Hill Carnival, Europe’s biggest street festival, is a vivid spectacle representing London's multicultural past and present. It's also a vital date in any party-lover's diary.
Monday is the main parade sees more than 90 bands, soundsystems and countless dancers on floats parade very slowly around W10.
Spread throughout W10 in west London, the Carnival celebrations take over the areas of Notting Hill, Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park.
Carnival traditionally takes place on the bank holiday weekend at the end of August.
