Llandudno West Shore Beach to Deganwy and back.
Meeting place: Dale Road car park LL30 2BG
When: Sunday 14th October 2018
When: 10:45 meet for 11:00 start
Planned walk: Llandudno West Shore beach to Deganwy and returning to West Shore
Distance: 3 miles total
Expected duration: approx.
1hr walking with potential for beach playtime afterwards.
The walk follows the coastal path from Llandudno to Deganwy, where we can take a pitstop at the small promenade café before returning. The path is sandy so suitable footwear is required and it can sometimes be breezy too.
If the tide is out the dogs will be able to run on the beach afterwards but there should be scope for dogs going off lead on the coastal path. If you are not local you should enjoy the views across the water to the Conwy mountain range and up to the Great Orme. The nearby Lilly restaurant will be open for lunch or a drink afterwards.
There is free roadside parking on West Parade/Abbey Road or the Dale Road car park is pay and display. Toilets available at the West Shore café, which is by the start/end point.
Schnauzerfest is an annual charity fundraising event, which gathers lots of lovely schnauzers and humans together for walks up and down the country!
You can find full details here: https://www.facebook.com/SchnauzerfestUK/
There's no set fee to take part in any Schnauzerfest walk. We take the 'honesty box' approach and everyone is welcome to give as little, or as much as they choose to (or nothing at all in fact!). Every penny raised by Schnauzerfest will go towards helping dogs saved from terrible backgrounds get all the care and veterinary treatment they need, so they can go on to have good lives.
By donating online, please claim GIFT AID if you are eligible. Donations can be made before or after the walks and no-one is going to check what's been made or not. We want everyone to give what they're able or willing to and to just enjoy taking part.

IMPORTANT: by attending this walk, you agree that you're doing so by your own choice and taking full responsibility for yourself, your dogs and do not expect hosts or anyone else associated with Schnauzerfest to take any responsibility for you or your dogs. You also promise to enjoy yourself and have a great day out with your dogs ;)
