worked here over the centuries.

Bradgate played an active part in the English Civil War with the Earl of Stamford and his son, Lord Grey, being senior figures in the Parliamentarian Army. Members of Lord Thomas Grey’s Regiment of Foote, part of The Sealed Knot, will recreate the lives of members of the Regiment and its followers through a living history encampment, displays and mock skirmishes to show the Regiment in action.
Performances of period music, played on authentic period instruments, in the Ruins of Bradgate House.
