On the 10th December 2017, there will be a football event and fun day at Woolmer hill Haslemere, in memory of Jasmine Bush.
On the 24th August, the Bush family sadly lost Jasmine after her 2 and a half year battle with depression and anxiety. She was also diganosed with autism and PDA disorder and unfortunately
the help out there was limited.
After speaking to the family they think it would be a great idea to organise something in her memory and to raise money and awareness for the National Autistic Society (NAS) charity and a charity called Young Minds, who work to try and prevent mental illness developing and to help young people who suffer with mental illness.
We have four teams participating in a tournament and hoping to arrange a girls game in the morning for her friends and those that played in the same team as Jasmine.
Also, as well as the football, there will be a raffle, an auction, a bouncy castle, face painting, food and a bar as well as plenty of other stuff going on all to raise funds for the charities.
Although we have the players for the event, it would be great for anyone whose free on that day to come and show support.
We have already received so many generous donations for raffle prizes/auctions and overwhelmed by local businesses funding two kits and a trophy.
If anyone knows, or would like to make a prize donation, offer a service to be auctioned or want to contribute or be involved in anyway it would be be massively appreciated.
Please contact myself, Adam Bicknell or Carl Thayre.
Please invite friends and family to the event and share the page.
We are expecting a fantastic turn out, with already so much support from so many people to make this day a special one for the Bush family in honour of Jasmine.
