The programme is designed to give practical tools and techniques to improve the quality of life and wellbeing of those living with or caring for someone with long term health conditions.
Each week we will look at different ways in which you can maintain and improve your health and wellbeing through
topics such as;
- Setting a weekly commitment
- Follow up & solution finding
- Focusing on the positive
- Healthy eating, hydration & weight management
- First aid for low mood
- Activity & movement
The programme runs over 6 consecutive weeks of 2½ hours each week (which includes a short break) The programme is designed to include a mix of presentations, group work and discussions.
Open to anyone with a long term health condition.
