Take your practice
off the mat and into the air with aerial yoga. Suitable for complete beginners and those with no yoga experience, learn to work with the fabric to increase flexibility and strength, lengthen and stretch the back and enjoy a deep relaxation to close. The most fun you can have while getting fit at the same time.
