This class will be a Hatha based practice consisting of holding poses for multiple cycles of breath, followed by a guided meditation. This practice will relax your mind whilst stretching your body leaving you feeling revitalized. Hatha yoga is the traditional ancient form of yoga and involves connecting
with and holding poses for multiple cycles of breath, activating the body and engaging mula bandha (pelvic floor). This class is welcome to all as I will give variations of poses to suit different levels.

ALL-LEVELS WELCOME, VARIATIONS OF POSES GIVEN TO SUIT
This weeks class wil be focused on a variety of gentle bends and twists to get the body moving with a bit more ease and release some of those aches and pains. Becoming here, in the now, in the present moment. Focusing on poses that will help to feel connected to mother earth and really connect with yourself and with the breath.
At the end of class I will provide a guided meditation so you can truly enjoy your end savasana and quieten the mind after a lovely practice. Mats provided if needed just drop me a message to reserve one :) Looking forward to it!
