Learn new techniques, skills and secrets used by top chefs during this hands-on experience.
During this masterclass, you will create a variety of breads, learn how to make a healthy gluten-free bread that you can replicate at home using different flavours and methods.
The day will proceed as follows:
Refreshments on arrival at 10.30am
- Approx 2 hour cookery masterclass
- Glass of bubbles
- 3-course lunch at 1pm
(If possible using the produce you have prepared and worked with)
- Guests can be invited to join you for lunch from 1pm
- Printed recipes to take home
If guests would like to join for lunch there is a supplement of £30 per person for the 3 course lunch.
Full beverage list will be available for lunch at 1pm.
