Each of the nine regions in England would select three male lifters, and three female lifters. One of each of the classes may be and equipped lifter. So each team of six lifters may have a one male and one female equipped lifter. Scoring will be done via WILKS body weight coefficient calculation,
not age related. Athletes will be entered by their region with a nominated total and their class; Classic/Equipped.
Classes will be split male, female. Female will lift in the AM, male in the PM.
Lifters in each class will be given a Lot Number. This number will be in accordance with their submitted nominated total. They will weigh in as this number dictates.
These classes will then be split into 3 flights of 9. These flights will be divided in relation to their Lot Number.
As stated above. Each lifter will be scored via the WILKS body weight coefficient calculation. Each lifter’s score will then be added to their region’s team’s total score. This score will dictate the teams overall placing.
