Cats Do Royal Ascot 2018

Her Majesty, the Queen cordially invites you to join the West London Wildcats and Wildkittens for a day of racing in the confines of the Royal Ascot Racecourse.

In other words, ladies and gents, it’s time to pull out the suits and dust off the fascinators for one of the best events on the club's social

calendar.

We will meet at Apollo Hammersmith and board our coach bound for Ascot at 9.15am sharp. Upon arrival, there will be a car park party where guests will be able to start the day off with drinks, nibbles and of course our very own fashions on the field. The day will really get going when we enter the Windsor Enclosure (formerly the Silver Ring) for the official festivities, kicking off with the Royal Procession before the racing gets under way at 2.30pm. There are plenty of races to bet on, including the main event - The Diamond Jubilee Stakes.

Once the racing has finished, we will hop back on the bus for the journey back to West London where the fun and activities will carry on well into the night at Belushis Shepherds Bush.

This is undoubtedly our most sought after event of the year and tickets will sell out very quickly. Unfortunately we are limited to only 72 tickets so it will be a first in, best dressed event. This year, to ensure we can include as many members of our club as possible, there will be a limit of the amount of tickets an individual can purchase.

Ticket sales:
Paid up Wildcats and Wildkittens Memberships: Tickets will go on sale at 10am on Tuesday 1st May. £80 per ticket with a limit of 2 tickets per member.

Unpaid Wildcats and Wildkittens Memberships: Tickets will go on sale at 10am on Wednesday 2nd May. £85 per ticket with a limit of 4 tickets per person.

Payment can be made into the Wildcats Bank Account directly with Ascot and your Surname as the reference (e.g. Ascot_Costley).
