Held in aid of Cancer Research UK, the 8th annual Brentwood Festival will take place from 13-15 July 2018. Confirmed acts include:

Our unsigned stage will feature some of the best of up and coming acts from across the county.

The festival also includes a VIP area, overnight camping, market stalls, funfair and children's activities.

Children under 10 attend for FREE throughout the weekend (all youths under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult).

DAY PASSES TO BE RELEASED IN 2018

Single day tickets will be on sale from 22 March 2018.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final and non-refundable.

TRANSFER POLICY

You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend the festival for any reason. We will NOT be checking for proof of name. We are a Challenge 25 venue, so festivalgoers with an adult ticket who look 25 or younger may be asked to show proof of age.

Can I bring in my own food and drink?

No, all food and drink must be bought on site (with the exception of baby food and milk). We will provide free tap water throughout the festival. Our street food market will provide food to suit most dietary requirements. If you have any queries, please contact us on info@brentwoodfestival.co.uk.

Where does the Brentwood Festival take place?

The festival takes place a few miles from Junction 28 of the M25. We are a short taxi ride away from the Brentwood and Shenfield train stations. Stansted, Southend and London City airports are close by.

Is there parking at the festival?

Yes, we have plenty of parking on site.

Do you offer disabled access?

Yes, we provide disabled toilets (including Changing Places facilities inside the nearby Brentwood Centre), disabled parking, and a small viewing platform. Disabled guests (and one carer) may book at the discounted Concessions rate (not applicable to Super Early Bird tickets).

Be aware that the Brentwood Festival is held outdoors on a flat grassy field, which may be uneven or muddy.

Can I bring my dog with me?

Yes, you are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs on a lead. You will be expected to clean up after your dog using the bins provided throughout the site.

Describe your security.

We take your safety very seriously. Our security team may search your bag(s), clothing, pushchairs and vehicles on arrival and re-entry. Any items which the organisers or security consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner will be immediately confiscated; e.g., weapons or drugs. Banned items include fireworks, drones, Chinese lanterns, LED pointers, or any items that make loud noises or create bright or flashing lights. The Festival promoter and its designated security team reserve the right to refuse admission or ask individuals to leave and not return to the premises.

How does the campsite work?

Our campsite will open from 12:00 on Friday, 13 July. We welcome tents, caravans and motorhomes of any size.

There is NO electricity on site. We will provide a free water tap, toilet block and waste water disposal point.

Showers are available at the nearby Brentwood Centre for an additional fee of £3pp. The walk to the Centre is approximately 5 minutes from the campsite.

Campers may bring a personal allowance of food and drink to consume on the campsite. NO outside food or drink can be brought into the main festival grounds.

NO BBQs or fires allowed on the festival campsite. You may bring a small camping stove with camping gas canisters (up to 2.7 kg in gas weight), which must be used outside your tent.

Glass is allowed on the campsite.

You will be able to move your vehicle during the festival.

Only festivalgoers with camping wristbands will be allowed into the campsite.
