A new 6 week course of yoga classes for anyone looking to try yoga for the first time or to deepen their practice.
During the 6 weeks we will learn how to co ordinate our breath and movement , enhancing our yoga practice . We will learn some take home sequences that can be practiced in your own time
, and we will have the opportunity to explore some fabulous yoga postures that enhance our physical strength and flexibility . A handout will be provided each week incorporating some of the postures and sequences for you to explore in your own time
We will finish each class with a long deep guided yoga nidra relaxation practice.
