is a gentle exercise class for the not so fit.
☀️ This 45min session will lead you into exercising for the first time in a safe, friendly environment with others just like you.
☀️ You’ll work with Helen who is always striving to make someone else’s life that little bit better.
Our next block of 4 sessions starts Monday 19th February at 7:15pm & there’s a 3 session block of mornings starting Wednesday 21st March at 9:15am, Wright Fitness, Buckie.
